Paralegal - Part Time

In-House Paralegal (Part-Time) Location: London or West Midlands (Hybrid or Remote Working) Contract: Permanent | Part-time (c. 3 days per week) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and ambitious Paralegal to join a market-leading business within the construction sector. This is a newly created role offering excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and the chance to shape in-house legal processes.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the General Counsel and senior leadership, you will play a key role in supporting the legal function across a broad range of responsibilities. This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to develop their in-house experience within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and support on commercial contracts, NDAs and supplier agreements
• Manage document retention, compliance processes and contract records
• Assist with insurance, risk and regulatory requirements
• Provide day-to-day legal support and guidance to internal stakeholders

About You

• Paralegal or junior legal experience (in-house or private practice)
• Proactive, organised and eager to learn
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on approach
