In House Commercial Solicitor

Our client is in search of an In-House Commercial Solicitor to become part of their rapidly growing team. What you'll do:

As an In-House Commercial Solicitor, you will

• Undertake a wide range of commercial solicitor duties
• Apply your understanding of consumer credit in practical situations
• Use your regulatory acumen to ensure compliance
• Work within the framework of the Consumer Credit Act (CCA)
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
• Potentially engage with aspects of commercial property law

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the In-House Commercial Solicitor position will bring;

• 0-3 years post qualification experience (PQE)
• Experience with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations
• Knowledge of consumer credit laws and regulations
• Understanding of regulatory and CCA requirements
• Working knowledge of GDPR
• Commercial property knowledge would be beneficial
