You’ll work with clients across the health and care, commercial, and higher education sectors, advising on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters. • Advise employers on complex employment law issues and manage a varied caseload
• Lead on Employment Tribunal matters and day-to-day advisory work
• Support and mentor junior team members through effective delegation
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to training and business development initiatives
• Collaborate with colleagues nationally to share knowledge and best practices

• 3+ years’ post-qualification experience in employment law
• Strong advisory and litigation skills with excellent drafting ability
• Proven experience mentoring juniors and managing caseloads independently
• A commercial, client-focused approach and excellent communication skills
