Paralegal

Robert Walters are delighted to partner with a private, international education company on their search for a Paralegal. Reporting to the Group General Counsel, you will provide legal and administrative support across a variety of corporate and commercial matters. This is a superb opportunity for any law graduate looking to gain practical experience. Please note that this is a London based role requiring 3 days office presence and an ASAP start.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to KYC and onboarding queries from banks, auditors, insurers and corporate service providers
• Review and proofread legal documents
• Support due diligence processes and manage data rooms
• Assist with litigation matters and liaise with external counsel
• Conduct legal research and support global legal projects
• Provide general administrative and file management support to the Legal team

About you

• 2024/2025 Law graduate from a Russell Group university having achieved a 2:1 or above
• Looking to gain practical experience as a paralegal
• Not currently studying towards an LLB or SQE
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a paralegal or legal assistant role desirable but not essential
