Legal Counsel - £400-525 per day

International technology business looking for a Legal Counsel, initially on a six month basis. This is a hybrid working arrangement with three days per week required at the offices in Central London. You must be available to start immediately.

The key focus of the project will be assisting on corporate and M&A matters with some key acquisitions that are about to get underway for the business. And in addition to the core transactional work, you will also be given the opportunity to work on commercial contracts and other legal advisory matters.

The client believes that the role is best suited to a qualified lawyer in the 4-7 PQE range (but applications from all levels will be considered on merit). You will be able to demonstrate an extensive track record of successfully working on M&A transactions, as well as possessing experience of drafting & negotiating commercial contracts. Previous in-house experience is preferred but not essential. And in addition to UK qualified lawyers, applications from candidates admitted in other common law jurisdictions are also welcomed.
