The role can be based in Manchester, Birmingham or Leeds.

• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
• Supporting complex outsourcing, supply chain and strategic projects
• Working with legal technology and AI-enabled tools and contributing to innovative delivery models and process improvements for clients

• UK qualified 2-4 PQE commercial contracts experience
