Senior Counsel (Tech) - £700-750pd

Global technology business looking for a Senior Counsel for a three month period with the possibility of extension. Hybrid working arrangement with 2 days per week in the office (which can either be Central London or Hampshire). This position requires a quick turnaround so you must be either immediately available or on short notice (max two weeks)

The postholder will be tasked with leading the negotiation of key commercial deals for the business, largely centered around technology/SaaS, MSAs, reseller contracts and professional services agreements. You will also be called upon to provide more generalist advice on matters such as data privacy, product launches, corporate governance and intellectual property.

The successful candidate will be a UK qualified lawyer (or admitted overseas with a significant volume of UK experience) and have at least 10 years’ PQE, although applications from all levels will be considered on merit. You must be able to demonstrate that you are a technology contracts specialist (as opposed to a generalist with some tech experience). It is essential that you have previously worked at a technology/SaaS business and a proven track record of closing complex B2B deals at pace.
