• As a Commercial Solicitor in Birmingham, you’ll advise on complex commercial contracts across sectors like transport, utilities, and industrial engineering.
• You will advise on a broad range of commercial agreements, including: Commercial contracts, IT and technology contracts, supply chain and procurement agreements, strategic outsourcing arrangements andbBusiness-as-usual commercial matters
• You'll work closely with clients and colleagues across national and international teams, delivering pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice on high-value projects and day-to-day contractual issues.

• 2–6 years PQE in contract law within private practice.
• Strong drafting skills and knowledge of technology contracts, TUPE, data protection, or competition law.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• For Senior Associates: mentoring junior colleagues and driving business development efforts.
