Legal Counsel - 6mth FTC, £100-110k

High growth fintech business looking for a Legal Counsel, initially on a six month contract with the strong likelihood a permanent arrangement further down the line. This role is based in Central London with 4 days per week required in the office. You must be available to start immediately.

Working in a small and dynamic legal team, you will enjoy a broad remit of work including:

• Drafting & negotiating supplier and client terms
• Advising on corporate matters, including an upcoming restructure of the business and other related projects
• Constant interaction with key stakeholders and contributing to high level strategic initiatives
• Wide ranging legal advisory work across technology, privacy, litigation and other miscellaneous matters

The client believes the role would be ideally suited to candidates between the 2-4 PQE range but applications from individuals outside of that bracket will be considered. You will have experience in either commercial contracts or corporate work (both would be advantageous but not essential) and whilst in-house experience is preferred it is not a prerequisite. As well as UK qualified lawyers, interest from candidates admitted in other common law jurisdictions is welcomed. You must be resilient, proactive, resourceful and outgoing
