Talent Acquisition Partner - interim 2 - 3 months

This is a hands-on role for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can quickly take ownership of active vacancies, stakeholder relationships, and candidate pipelines with minimal onboarding.

The Opportunity

Working alongside hiring managers across multiple regions, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a broad range of professional and corporate roles. You'll play a key role in ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining efficient hiring processes and recruitment best practice.

This position is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys working autonomously, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from vacancy briefing through to offer stage
• Partner closely with hiring managers across EMEA and the Americas
• Conduct candidate screening and competency-based interviews via Zoom
• Manage and maintain candidate pipelines within Teamtailor
• Coordinate interview processes and scheduling
• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Support offer management and onboarding administration
• Ensure recruitment data is maintained accurately and in line with compliance requirements
• Provide regular recruitment updates and market insight to stakeholders

About You

• Proven experience within in-house recruitment and/or agency recruitment
• Strong track record of managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Confident conducting candidate screening and competency-based interviews
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Self-sufficient with the ability to work independently and make decisions confidently
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Able to quickly build credibility with hiring managers and candidates alike

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience using Teamtailor is essential
• Demonstrable experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Available to start immediately or on a very short notice period
• Able to attend a London office on a hybrid basis
