Temporary Recruiter / Resourcer 3–4 Month Contract | £160–£200 per day | Hybrid (London) 3-4 days a week Immediate / short‑notice start We are currently seeking an experienced Recruiter / Resourcer to join a fast pace business on a temporary basis for 3–4 months, with the potential for extension.

This role will provide vital support during a busy period as the business goes through a large‑scale organisational restructure, resulting in significantly increased hiring demand.
With application levels lower than usual, this position requires a hands‑on, proactive sourcing and headhunting approach. You will play a key role in helping the TA team manage high recruitment volumes while maintaining delivery across day‑to‑day priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively source and headhunt candidates across a wide variety of roles
Partner closely with the Global Talent Acquisition team to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment activity
Recruit across UK and European markets, with awareness of regional hiring nuances
Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage passive talent
Screen CVs against role requirements and conduct initial telephone interviews
Provide clear feedback, candidate insights, and market intelligence to the TA team
Support hiring managers by maintaining strong, consistent candidate pipelines

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience as a Recruiter or Resourcer, ideally in a fast‑paced or high‑volume environment
Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability
Confident user of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
Experience recruiting across multiple countries, ideally UK and Europe
Excellent screening and telephone interviewing skills
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a global team
