Growth & Innovation Consultant

Are you an experienced consultant with a background in growth, innovation or strategy, and a passion for helping senior leaders and teams turn ambitious priorities into meaningful commercial progress?

We are working on behalf of a highly regarded, research-led consultancy that partners with organisations to unlock new routes to growth, strengthen decision-making and help teams make faster, more meaningful progress.

They are now looking for an experienced Growth & Innovation Consultant to take a lead role in designing and delivering high-impact growth projects.

The Role

This is a core consulting role where you will lead complex growth projects from initial discovery and design through to delivery and scaling. You will work closely with senior decision-makers, often at C-suite level, as well as cross-functional teams focused on priority growth opportunities.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading growth acceleration and growth strategy projects end-to-end.

• Conducting stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and shape project direction.

• Designing project journeys incorporating working sessions, virtual touchpoints and coaching.

• Creating tailored workshops and sessions that help leaders and teams unlock new opportunities.

• Facilitating high-impact in-person and virtual sessions with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Acting as a thought partner to senior sponsors and client leads.

• Helping teams develop the mindset, focus and ways of working needed to accelerate growth.

• Adapting project design and content based on team dynamics and organisational context.

• Coaching teams and working alongside coaching teams to ensure consistent, impactful support.

• Working collaboratively with programme management, designers, coaches and the wider consulting team.

• Contributing to the ongoing development of growth thinking, content and tools.

• Building trusted, long-term relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for further work.

About You

You will ideally have significant experience delivering growth, innovation or strategy work, gained within a consulting or in-house environment.

We are particularly interested in individuals who can demonstrate:

• Credibility and confidence working with senior leaders and executive-level stakeholders.

• Strong facilitation skills and the ability to turn complexity into clear, actionable next steps.

• Experience coaching teams or leaders to change how they think and work.

• Strong commercial awareness and an ability to create tangible progress against business priorities.

• Excellent written skills and the ability to create practical, high-quality content and tools.

• Comfort working with ambiguity, autonomy and responsibility.

• A curious, dynamic and impact-driven approach.
