Employee Relations Advisor

Employee Relations Advisor | Europe | Part-Time | Remote

Salary: £45k - £55k FTE
Hours: 20 per week - can be taken flexibly

An exciting opportunity to join a growing global organisation as an Employee Relations Advisor, supporting employee relations across multiple European markets.

This role is ideal for an HR/ER professional with experience navigating European employment legislation, consultation processes and organisational change.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide ER advice and support across European countries

• Advise stakeholders on local employment laws and procedures

• Support consultation and employee relations processes

• Prepare documentation and governance materials

• Maintain accurate and confidential ER records

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and local management

About you:

• Experience in Employee Relations across Europe

• Strong knowledge of local employment legislation

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Fluent English; additional European languages advantageous

• Experience within an international organisation preferred
