  • Conduct ongoing reviews of HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Review, develop and implement HR policies, procedures and employee handbooks.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, regulatory requirements and HR best practice across multiple countries.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, performance review processes and talent development activities.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, retention and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Manage HR systems, employee records and people reporting.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership on organisational development and people strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple offices and jurisdictions.
  • Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and employee experience.

About You

  • Fluent in both English and French, with the ability to communicate confidently in both languages.
  • 7-10 years' HR experience within financial services, investment management, professional services, or another regulated environment.
  • Experience supporting international and multi-jurisdictional workforces.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders across African jurisdictions.
  • Proven ability to draft and implement HR policies, procedures and employee handbooks.
  • Strong employee relations and performance management expertise.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a standalone HR role.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • CIPD qualification desirable.

What's on Offer

  • Hybrid working arrangement
  • Direct exposure to senior leadership
  • Broad remit covering EMEA and Africa
  • Significant autonomy and influence
  • Opportunity to shape and develop HR practices across an international organisation
