Culture & Engagement Partner Location: Remote Salary: £60k

Are you passionate about creating great colleague experiences and turning employee feedback into meaningful action?

I am looking for a Culture & Engagement Partner to join our People Team and play a key role in delivering colleague engagement, culture and employee listening activity across a multi-site organisation.

You’ll lead the delivery of engagement surveys and listening activity, using colleague insight and people data to identify themes, shape practical action plans and support leaders and managers to strengthen engagement across services.

This is a visible, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with senior leaders, operational teams, HR and Communications to turn feedback into positive change and bring organisational values to life.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in engagement, culture, HR, L&D, communications or organisational development.
• Can analyse survey and feedback data and turn insight into clear actions.
• Is an excellent communicator and facilitator.
• Is organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Enjoys working collaboratively with managers and operational teams.
• Has experience supporting employee listening, forums, workshops or engagement initiatives.

Experience within healthcare, care, multi-site or regulated environments is desirable.
