People Services Administrator Manchester | Full-time | Hybrid We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive People Services Administrator to join a busy HR team in Manchester. This role would suit someone who is bright, personable and confident communicating with people across all levels of the business.

You’ll be supporting a wide range of HR and payroll administration activities while building strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders and investment professionals. We’re looking for someone who is switched on, approachable and comfortable representing the People team in a professional environment.

The Role

You’ll provide day-to-day HR and payroll administration support, helping to ensure a smooth employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Supporting joiners, movers and leavers
  • Onboarding, inductions through to offboarding
  • Managing onboarding and pre-employment screening checks
  • Responding to employee HR queries and managing inboxes
  • Assisting with payroll administration and data checks
  • Supporting audits, reporting and process improvements
  • Liaising with external screening providers and internal stakeholders

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has previous administration or HR support experience
  • Is confident, professional and enjoys interacting with stakeholders
  • Is proactive, sharp and eager to learn
  • Has excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Communicates clearly and builds relationships easily
  • Understands the importance of confidentiality and GDPR
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook

Experience with HR systems would be beneficial but is not essential.
