Our research

As global talent shortages grow more acute, new ways of engaging and developing the business leaders of tomorrow are needed to deliver sustainable talent strategies for the future.

Our research, based on surveys of over 1,000 women working in professional disciplines, explores the effectiveness of current strategies to empower and advance women in business, looking at areas such as flexible working, mentoring, leadership and even asking women what constitutes a successful career.

We have a series of short videos of external professional career experts answering different questions focused around the challenges businesses face in today's world, advice on how to overcome these and what steps can be taken from different members within all organisations.

Each of them provide top tips on how to truly empower women in the workplace to create positive and equal workforces.
