Receptionist and Admin Assistant

What you'll do:
- Act as the first point of contact, welcoming visitors, managing meeting rooms, handling calls, and ensuring reception areas are well maintained.
- Coordinate internal events and support the Roadshow team with office activities and meetings.
- Manage incoming deliveries, post, couriers, and loading bay access.
- Provide administrative and facilities support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Order office supplies and consumables, maintaining stock levels across departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support ad hoc administrative tasks and collaborate with colleagues to resolve office-related issues.
What you'll bring:
- Previous experience in a reception, front-of-house, or office support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Confidence using booking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive and collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting wider team objectives.
