Team Assistant - 3 Month FTC

We are partnering with a global organisation to recruit a Team Assistant to join their Legal team on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential for the role to become permanent. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Assistant, EA or administrative professional from a professional services environment who enjoys working in a fast-paced, corporate setting.

The role combines traditional team support responsibilities with involvement in a key global project, requiring exceptional organisation, attention to detail and confidence liaising with stakeholders across multiple countries and business functions.

The Role

Working closely with the Legal team, you will provide broad administrative support while also helping to coordinate a business-critical global information-gathering project.

You will be responsible for sending requests for information, tracking responses, following up with stakeholders and ensuring deadlines are met. Alongside the project work, you will provide day-to-day support to a busy legal function.

This role would suit someone who is highly organised, proactive and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders to ensure actions are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support a global information-gathering project, coordinating responses from stakeholders across multiple countries and business functions
  • Track progress, maintain records and ensure project deadlines are met
  • Follow up professionally and persistently on outstanding information requests
  • Prepare, format, proofread and update documents and presentations
  • Manage team diaries, meetings and appointments across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate travel, itineraries and expenses
  • Assist with meeting logistics, board packs and team documentation
  • Support onboarding, offboarding and general team administration
  • Maintain databases, records and filing systems
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider Legal team

About You

  • Previous experience as a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant within a professional services environment
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable building relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Able to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience supporting projects, coordinating stakeholders or managing deadlines would be highly advantageous
