Customer Service Advisor Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire Salary: up to £24,000 Hours: Full Time, office based

Our client is seeking a Customer Serice Advisor to join their growing team, this is an entry level and great opportunity for someone with great customer service and people skills. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for any issues or concerns raised, providing fast, client-focused solutions.

The Role:

This role will include handling administrative duties, contacting clients and always focusing on client resolution and retention.

  • Contact existing clients to book their Anniversary appointments with consultants
  • Deliver administrative duties for the department including rescheduling appointments
  • Acknowledge all client service issues in line with the complaints procedure
  • Obtain a prompt response to client queries, service issues and requests to cancel
  • Resolve all client service issues in a timely manner focused on client resolution and retention
  • Understand all client databases and systems to adequately investigate and respond to the client

The ideal candidate for the Client Experience Diary Planner role brings a 'can-do' attitude and a thirst for knowledge.
