Project Administrator - 3 Month FTC

We are working with a highly successful international organisation seeking a bright and proactive Project Administrator to support a major global business project on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to become permanent for the right person. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent organisation and the confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders across multiple countries.

The Role

Working closely with a specialist project team, you will help coordinate the collection of business information from departments across the globe. This will involve sending questionnaires, gathering responses, tracking progress, maintaining accurate records and ensuring key deadlines are met.

A large part of the role will involve following up with busy stakeholders, including senior managers and directors, so you must be comfortable communicating professionally and persistently to obtain information when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Distribute questionnaires and information requests to global stakeholders
  • Track responses and maintain accurate project records
  • Liaise with departments including HR, Legal, Finance, Operations and Risk
  • Follow up outstanding requests and ensure deadlines are met
  • Build positive working relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Escalate issues where appropriate and seek guidance when required
  • Support the wider project team with administrative and coordination tasks
  • Produce reports and updates using Microsoft Office

About You

  • Previous experience working in an office-based administrative, coordination or project support role
  • Exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Able to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance
  • Professional, resilient and comfortable following up with stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bright, proactive and able to use initiative
  • Experience supporting projects or project teams would be highly advantageous
