The Opportunity
As Client Services Administrator, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
You'll support the onboarding of new clients, maintain accurate records, assist Relationship Managers with client servicing, and help coordinate office activities. This is a varied role offering broad exposure across client services, administration, and wealth management operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring accounts are opened efficiently and accurately
- Collect, review, and process account opening and KYC documentation
- Liaise with clients, Relationship Managers, Associates, and custodian banks throughout the onboarding journey
- Monitor onboarding progress and proactively follow up on outstanding requirements
- Maintain accurate client records in line with regulatory and compliance standards
- Support Relationship Managers with client meetings, presentations, reporting, and ongoing client servicing
- Assist with client communications and administrative follow-up
- Coordinate office supplies, deliveries, and supplier relationships
- Support internal meetings and events
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the office operates smoothly
About You
- Previous experience in administration, client services, or operations (within professional services is a must)
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Professional communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- High levels of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
Desirable Experience
- Wealth management, private banking, financial services, or professional services experience
- Knowledge of client onboarding and KYC processes
- Experience working with custodians, investment platforms, or financial institutions
- Interest in financial markets and the wealth management sector
