As the Executive Recruiter & Relationship Manager for Technology, you will lead the UK Technology Talent Acquisition (TA) team, setting the recruitment strategy and acting as a strategic Recruiting Partner and Relationship Manager to senior Technology leaders, CIOs, CTOs, Engineering Leads, Technology COOs and HR Business Partners.
You will drive and partner with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent through proactive sourcing, market insight, robust candidate assessment, and exceptional stakeholder management, while ensuring a compliant, data-driven, and high-quality solution orientation approach.
Your Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the UKI Technology Recruitment team, managing workforce planning, hiring forecasts and recruitment strategies to support Technology business priorities across engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, cloud and digital transformation functions
- Work in partnership with the RPO’s divisional/operational Team Leader to oversee recruiter and sourcer capacity, performance, goal setting, accountability and delivery excellence
- Act as a senior TA partner to Technology leaders, HR Business Partners, COOs and Reward, influencing hiring decisions and workforce strategies
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, organisational structures and succession considerations, ensuring alignment with long-term technology and business objectives
- Own the end-to-end delivery of senior lateral hiring and executive search mandates across Technology, including talent identification, market mapping, candidate assessment, interview strategy, offer negotiation and stakeholder management
- Build strong internal & external networks across the technology sector to identify and engage passive internal/external candidates, through executive search methodologies, industry relationships and targeted talent attraction activities
- Establish, monitor and report on recruitment metrics, pipeline, market trends and hiring effectiveness, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate leadership capability, technical expertise, strategic thinking and cultural alignment. Advise hiring managers on structured interview approaches and assessment methodologies
- Ensure a high controls standard and adherence to policies, data privacy and regulatory requirements
- Where required manage relationships with external search firms and talent intelligence providers, including supplier governance, performance reviews, market mapping exercises and organisational benchmarking
- Support broader Talent Acquisition initiatives, including employer branding, diversity recruitment strategies, technology hiring transformation and recruitment process optimization.
