What you’ll be doing:
- Provide day to day service to Lead and manage the MSP solution for the client, ensuring seamless talent acquisition aligned with their hiring strategy.
- Act as a trusted partner and delivering high-quality service.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring service excellence while proactively managing day-to-day operations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance and expand the partnership
- Day-to-day client delivery and relationship
- You’ll be managing our UK MSP solution, carrying out recruitment for contingent worker positions across all skill bands within Glasgow & London
- Actively contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives designed to get even better recruitment solution/outcomes for the client
- Manage your team in way that encourages everyone to focus on delivering results
- Identify and follow up opportunities to offer clients additional services
- Executes operational tasks to ensure efficient, effective client service aligned with standards
- Manages client budgets, identifying and executing upsell opportunities within account parameters to achieve financial targets
- Supports team delivery on client expectations, encouraging growth and fostering service excellence in all client interactions. Manages challenging client conversations with professionalism, protecting business outcomes while striving to meet client needs
- Maintains data integrity, ensuring compliance with processes and protocols relevant to client needs
- Identify opportunities, enhance service experience, ensuring services meet client requirements and contribute to lasting relationships
- Experience leading client-facing teams, fostering accountability, and supporting professional development.
- Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts and manage client expectations to support profitability
- Manages daily client interactions, ensuring service quality while supporting P&L objectives
- Experience of working in matrix structures
- Experienced in collaborating with stakeholders to support client success and account growth
Client
- Advise on recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques for all roles, as well as market trends and skills
- Create, review and update recruitment processes to make sure they’re fully aligned to best practice, internal policies and external legislation
- Produce and update guidance manuals for everyone who uses our services
- Provide in-depth reporting covering everything from finance to headcounts
- Escalate any recruitment-related issues to key client stakeholders
- Delivery, compliance in line with all Service Level Agreement
- Work alongside the client sponsors, keeping them updated on all aspects of the program
Recruitment Process Management
- Provide regular updates on all direct recruitment activity to the Resource Solutions Operations Director or Account Director, including information on the number of roles filled by referrals, internal advertising and directly-sourced methods - plus any cost-savings and new initiatives undertaken to attract candidates
- Undertake ad hoc project work from time to time
- Supports team delivery and service excellence, ensures strong customer centric culture
Vendor management
- Manage and optimise vendor relationships to make sure we have a motivated supply chain providing best quality resources and service for the best price - that will involve carrying out vendor performance reviews
- Make sure all suppliers have signed client terms of business documents
- Produce and update guidance manuals for vendors
- Facilitate agency briefings with hiring managers; identify potential new suppliers
Team management
- Experience of creating, fostering, and developing inclusive and high performing teams
- Carry out twice-yearly performance reviews, setting objectives and determining bonuses
- Managing the team by looking after everything from weekly update meetings through to holiday bookings and sick leave
- Support the development of every individual in your team, including by providing cross-skills training
- Ensure we have 100% data integrity
Skills
- At least 10 years recruitment related experience in RPO or in house, with minimal 2 years managerial experience in managing a regional team
- Experience working in a highly regulatory and complex matrix organization
- Experience in engaging senior client stakeholders with high credibility
- Well organized, detail minded and strong in processes management
- Extensive experience in build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, keeping them informed about all recruitment developments
- Commercial awareness and ability to interpret MI data to stakeholders and provide solutions to enhance the team’s productivity
- Proven leadership ability in driving delivery and financial performance
