Finance Analyst
Salary: £60,000-£65,000
Location: London
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Analyst to join a high-growth SAAS/FinTech business. This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000-£65,000 and is based in London. The successful candidate will be part of an inclusive and highly collaborative team, working in a flat management structure that encourages employee involvement in decision making. The company offers a combination of remote and office-based working, ensuring a positive work/life balance. They also provide weekly team lunches and plenty of office snacks!
What you'll do:
  • Completing month-end reconciliations
  • Producing monthly management accounts and reports
  • Calculating accruals and prepayments
  • Refining financial processes, procedures and controls
  • Preparing and submitting VAT returns
  • Preparing annual financial statements
  • Working with external auditors, providing supporting schedules and accounting papers.
  • Assisting in budgeting and cash-flow forecasting
  • Shareholder reporting
What you bring:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA or similar)
  • SAAS / Fintech experience is highly desirable
  • Experience in presenting financial reports, data and insights clearly and confidently to non-finance stakeholders
  • Ability to work with siloed and unstructured data
  • Experience of management accounting principles and procedures
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to forge strong business relationships at all levels
  • Strong business acumen
