Management Accountant

Key responsibilities of the Management Accountant:
- Produce monthly management accounts with commentary and variance analysis.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes across the business.
- Partner with key stakeholders to provide financial insight and challenge.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure integrity of financial data.
- Assist with cashflow forecasting and financial planning.
- Support statutory reporting and year-end audit processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiencies within finance.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Provide support and guidance to junior members of the finance team.
Key essentials of the Management Accountant:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills
