Group Reporting Manager

Leading Energy company is looking to recruit an experienced Group Reporting Manager on a 9 month contract basis. Based in London, this role will lead all Group reporting activities and will support the wider team in technical accounting.

Leading Energy company is looking to recruit an experienced Group Reporting Manager on a 9 month contract basis. Based in London, this role will lead all Group reporting activities and will support the wider team in technical accounting.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading Group reporting including consolidation process in accordance with IFRS
• Managing month and year end process
• Overseeing preparation of statutory accounts
• Advising on technical accounting issues and providing guidance where required
• Developing Group wide policies and procedures
• Working closely with wider finance teams including fp&a, tax and treasury
• Leading annual audit process
• Coaching and developing finance team
• Ad hoc tasks as required

The candidate

• Audit trained accountant
• Strong technical accounting skills including up to date IFRS knowledge
• Experience of large, complex Group consolidations
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership skills
