Graduate Audit & Accounts Associate

I am currently recruiting for a Graduate Audit & Accounts Associate to join a chartered accountancy firm based in Worcestershire. The role is paying circa £27-30k and requires 3 days per week in the office. Candidates who have completed placement year's at audit firms are highly desirable.

What you'll do:

• You will participate in audit assignments for clients across multiple sectors, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• You will assist in preparing financial statements and reports under the supervision of experienced professionals.
• You will collaborate with team members on delivering market-leading business advice that supports client growth and success.
• You will engage in both individual tasks and group projects, contributing to the overall performance of the audit team.
• You will undertake research and analysis to identify potential risks or areas for improvement within client organisations.
• You will support the delivery of digital consultancy services by applying new technologies and approaches to client challenges.
• You will revise for ICAEW exams as part of a Level 7 apprenticeship programme while balancing work responsibilities.
• You will interact directly with clients, building relationships and understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
• You will gain exposure to all aspects of the business lifecycle, developing insight into specialist areas of accountancy or tax.
• You will help maintain high standards of client service by responding promptly and professionally to queries.

What you bring:

• Your degree (or expected degree) in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline demonstrates your commitment to the field.
• Your willingness to undertake ICAEW studies as part of a Level 7 apprenticeship shows dedication to professional qualification.
