What you'll do:
As a Financial Accountant, you will immerse yourself in a varied role that spans month end close processes, statutory account preparation under FRS102, tax compliance, treasury management, and more. Your day-to-day activities will see you collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure accurate transaction reporting while acting as a trusted point of contact for external auditors and third-party advisors. You will take ownership of VAT submissions, balance sheet reconciliations, and cashflow forecasting—each task contributing directly to the organisation’s financial health. By supporting both routine operations and special projects led by senior finance leaders, you will help drive continuous improvement within the finance function. Your ability to provide clear analysis for senior management reports will make you an indispensable resource for strategic planning. This position offers you the chance to develop your skills further while making a tangible impact on business performance.
