FP&A Analyst

We are partnering with a listed natural resources business to find an FP&A Analyst to join their London based officesT. his is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to support operational performance, group forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting within a complex global organisation

The key remits to this FP&A Analyst role include;

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Analyse financial and operational performance across multiple business units
• Deliver variance analysis, management reporting, and performance insights
• Partner with operational and finance stakeholders across the business
• Prepare presentations and reporting packs for senior leadership
• Support systems improvements, reporting enhancements, and analytical projects

The ideal profile for the FP&A position;

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
• Experience in FP&A, management reporting, budgeting, or commercial finance
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience with group reporting systems (e.g. Hyperion) is advantageous
• Natural resources,Oil & Gas, mining, energy, infrastructure, or other asset-intensive industry experience preferred
