Finance Business Partner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused finance professional to join a large, international organisation operating within a fast-paced logistics and operational environment. This is a highly visible business partnering role, offering significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence strategic and operational decision-making across a global network.

They Key Remits to the role will include;

• Lead planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide commercial insight and performance analysis.
• Drive operational efficiency and cost improvement.
• Support investment and strategic decision-making.
• Ensure robust financial control and governance.
• Develop meaningful performance metrics and reporting.
• Champion continuous improvement and automation.

The ideal candidate will be;

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Proven finance business partnering experience.
• Experience in a complex operational environment.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Experience with business cases and investment appraisal.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proven people leadership and development skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on automation and efficiency.
