Finance Business Partner Manchester (2 days) £75,000

Robert Walters are currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner opportunity with a global PE backed group in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused qualified accountant looking to step into a genuinely commercial, high-impact business partnering role, working closely with senior stakeholders across a key division of a large international organisation.

Working closely with the Head of Finance, you'll develop a deep understanding of the division's commercial and operational drivers, providing insight and challenge to support improved business performance.

The role will involve:

• Budgeting, forecasting & long-term planning
• Revenue, margin & profitability analysis
• Pricing & investment decision making
• Client and practice-area profitability
• Utilisation & KPI performance
• Working capital & cash conversion
• Financial modelling & scenario analysis
• Business cases and strategic decision support
• Reporting, governance & process improvement
• Transformation and wider change initiatives

The successful applicant:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
• Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A experience within professional services
• Confident influencing senior stakeholders including across an international remit
• Ability to build financial models with scenario analysis
• Drives commercial decision-making and can present informed business cases
• Exposure to finance transformation and process improvements

You'll be joining a high-performing Finance team within a well-established international business, with genuine exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence the performance and future direction of a key division. You will join a business known for internal opportunities, development and quick progression. There will be a likely exit in the next 2-3 years in which you’ll play a role.
