Financial Controller - International Retail & Ecommerce Brand

An exciting opportunity now exists for a high calibre Finance Manager/ Senior Finance Manager , to step up into a more senior remit as a Financial Controller This the number 2 finance role, within the London based team and will direct support a hugely accomplished, super passionate Finance Director, across the EMEA region. This a broad Financial Controllers position, which has role has responsibility for a team of 4 other finance professionals. Key elements of this opportunity are as follows: Drive all financial reporting, statutory accounting and consolidation activities Support with further developing best practice financial controls and regulations Manage the relationship with the auditors Oversee and support financial operations across AP, AR and credit control Work directly with the Finance Director and management across the group to drive ongoing finance related projects Directly partner with the financial planning and commercial teams We are seeking a qualified finance professional (or overseas equivalent - most likely an ACA/ CA with an audit background) A min of 3 years post qualified experience is required , ideally within relevant financial reporting/ management accounting positions We are open to all sector backgrounds although experience within retail/ ecommerce/ multi-site or consumer led environments would be ideal
