Senior International Financial Controller

We are currently in the privileged position to be partnering with an iconic digital media business. The group has consistently, continued to grow and invest and it is an exciting time to join the business. They are now searching for a hugely capable and accomplished Senior Financial Controller to join their fantastic, Central London head offices

This is a pivotal position across the London head office team, as well as playing a key part of the wider international group.

Directly supporting senior leadership, you will be asked to take responsibility for the financial reporting, compliance and controls for the London team. This will involve managing a team of both part and qualified finance professionals, as well as finance operations

You will also drive the review of month end accounting, cash flow forecasting; as well as variance analysis

Oversee statutory accounting and consolidations work

Review P and L and balance sheets on an ongoing basis

Work with overseas teams to support the UK accounting processes and business more widely

Drive ongoing finance change and systems/ process improvements

Partner with the financial planning and commercial teams

We are seeking top performers - those with a proven track record of success within financial reporting and controller ship focused activities

A strong technical finance background is required; leadership experience; as well as business partnering skills and ability to clearly view the wider business picture

A formal accountancy qualification - (most likely ACA/ CA/ top 10 accountancy firm but not limited to) is required; as well as a number of years relevant financial controls experience gained within industry
