The Role

We’re looking for a Credit Controller to manage a portfolio of customer accounts and help drive cash collection.

You don’t need extensive Credit Control experience — if you have some experience in credit, accounts receivable or collections and are keen to develop, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Collecting outstanding payments and managing customer accounts
• Resolving invoice queries and building customer relationships
• Monitoring aged debt and account risk
• Working closely with Finance and wider teams
• Supporting improvements to processes and ways of working
