Credit Controller | Hybrid | Wilmslow | 37.5 Hours Two opportunities available | 9-month & 12-month contracts | Potential to become permanent

We’re delighted to be supporting an established and growing organisation with the recruitment of two Credit Controllers to join their Finance team in Wilmslow.

There are two positions available — one 9-month contract and one 12-month contract, with the potential for both to become permanent.

The Role

As a Credit Controller, you’ll manage customer accounts and ensure outstanding payments are collected efficiently, while building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

• Chasing outstanding payments via telephone, email and letter
• Setting up and reinstating Direct Debits
• Resolving customer queries
• Cash allocation and account management
• Sending copy invoices and supporting with general Finance administration
• Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues

About You

We’re looking for an experienced Credit Controller with:

• Previous Credit Control experience — essential
• A good understanding of transactional finance
• Experience using Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
• A proactive, professional approach and strong work ethic
• The ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
