Credit Manager

This is a full-time, temporary Credit Manager position with an excellent opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. Flexible working arrangements are in place, including hybrid working.

As Credit Manager, you will take ownership of the credit function, providing strategic direction and leadership while ensuring effective credit risk management and strong cash collection performance. You will oversee the credit control operation, set and monitor performance objectives, review credit risk and exposure, and ensure robust processes are in place to maximise cash flow and minimise bad debt.

The role will involve managing key customer accounts, overseeing aged debt and collection strategies, supporting the resolution of complex and high-value accounts, and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure credit risks are identified and appropriately managed. You will also be responsible for reviewing and improving credit processes, producing management information and KPIs, and driving continuous improvement across the function.

To be considered, you must have previous experience within a Credit Management or senior Credit Control environment, with a strong understanding of credit risk, debt recovery, cash collection and account management. You should have the confidence to manage stakeholders at all levels, make commercially sound credit decisions, and thrive within a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
