The Opportunity

As a Corporate Tax Compliance Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the delivery of compliance and tax accounting services to a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses (OMBs), entrepreneurial ventures, and growing companies. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of technical excellence while driving operational efficiencies and supporting the ongoing development of the team.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will have the opportunity to influence strategy, improve processes, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice, all while developing your own route towards Directorship and Partnership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of UK Corporate Tax Compliance and Tax Accounting services across a varied client portfolio.
• Manage and review corporate tax returns, tax provisions, and associated reporting requirements.
• Drive process improvements, streamline workflows, and enhance the efficiency of compliance operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop a talented team of tax professionals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser on compliance-related matters.
• Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with evolving UK tax legislation.
• Collaborate with partners and senior stakeholders to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Significant experience in UK Corporate Tax Compliance and Tax Accounting.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK corporation tax legislation and reporting requirements.
• Experience managing a portfolio of owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurial clients.
• Proven people management and leadership skills.
• A passion for process improvement and delivering high-quality client service.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• ACA, CTA or equivalent professional qualification.
