Credit Controller – Temp to Perm

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid Working)
Start: Immediate
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting an experienced Credit Controller for an immediate-start opportunity based in Birmingham. This is a temp-to-perm role offering hybrid working, ideal for someone confident in managing the full credit control process and looking for a longer-term position.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing your own ledger and maintaining strong credit control processes
• Chasing overdue invoices via phone and email
• Resolving invoice queries and disputes efficiently
• Allocating cash and reconciling accounts
• Building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Producing aged debt reports and supporting month-end activities

About You

• Proven, hands-on experience in credit control is essential
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident working independently as well as part of a team
• Organised, persistent, and target-driven
• Comfortable using finance systems and Excel
