Habiba Khatoon - Director 

Habiba graduated from the University of Birmingham with a degree in Law with German, and subsequently joined a global recruitment business. Having progressed through the organisation over the course of 7 years and gained an extensive network across the Midlands finance market, she joined Robert Walters in 2014 to lead the Midlands finance division.  Throughout her career, Habiba has worked with a broad range of commercial businesses and as Director of Birmingham now oversees the Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, HR, Technical Sales and Financial Services divisions.

Janine Blacksley - Associate Director 

Janine joined Robert Walters in 2013 to launch the new part qualified and transactional finance team in Milton Keynes. Since then, she has gone on to build a highly successful part qualified and qualified finance team as well as successfully launching the IT, HR, secretarial and procurement & supply chain divisions.

Prior to her time at Robert Walters, Janine started her finance recruitment career at another global recruitment agency. Here, she worked her way up over 5 years to being the UK number 1 performer for finance and the manager of the non-qualified finance team.

Matthew Earnshaw - Associate Director 

Following 2 years as an Accountant for a leading PLC, Matthew made the transition into recruitment, focusing on finance and accounting professionals in the North.
