    We deliver outplacement services for exiting employees at all levels, from executive rooms to mail rooms. The level of seniority is reflected in how we tailor each outplacement programme, although the programme can be delivered for multiple exiting employees. For managing directors and senior executives,  an outplacement service is typically more wide-ranging.  However, the core components of our outplacement services can be delivered across the seniority spectrum and tailored to your organisation’s requirements.
  • How confidential are your outplacement services?

    We work with changing organisations all year round, so we are acutely aware of how sensitive these processes are. At all times, we act with the utmost discretion and care. Our team members have all signed non-disclosure agreements as a condition of working for/with Robert Walters. Any discussion or correspondence about potential/planned organisational change shall remain confidential.   
  • Who delivers Robert Walters' outplacement services?

    Delivered by our specialised coaches who are guided by a dedicated Robert Walters account manager who will serve as your organisation’s primary contact during the outplacement process.   They will coordinate a team of seasoned professionals who have a wealth of experience in organisational change and outplacement processes. Typically, the team includes Robert Walters specialists and trusted Robert Walters partners (e.g. certified coaches). 
  • What is your approach to maintaining the wellbeing of exiting employees?

    Our team helps the exiting employee reinstate their confidence and motivation through our dedicated coaching and professional profiling. The coaching takes the employee through self-awareness and self-identity, building a career identity, and managing impressions to achieve their ambitions. 
  • Is outplacement delivered in-person or remotely?
