Our client is looking for a People Services Advisor who can provide first-line HR support, manage onboarding/offboarding, payroll admin, and maintain accurate colleague records- all while ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Director to oversee and enhance our client's HR operations. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong interest in process improvement, administrative efficiency, and HR systems implementation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that HR services are effective, impactful, and aligned with business needs.

Salary: £53k – FTE
This is a stand alone, part time HR Manager role, working approximately 22.5 hours a week with potential to be full time further down the line.
Job title: HR & Onboarding Administrator - Temp
Location: Manchester
Salary: £14.35 ph
Hours: Hybrid working, 37.5 hours per week (3 at home, 2 in the office)
Contract lasting up to approximately 2 months with a potential to go permanent depending on the candidate and business needs moving forward.
This is a temporary contract to support the HR team and wider business through a growth period and system integration.
