FAQ's for London & South East Finance Awards

  • Why should we apply/nominate?
    Recognition for the outstanding achievements of teams and individuals within your finance function, Acknowledgment of the outstanding local businesses that contribute to the economy and employment in London & the South East, Recognition across the industry for your excellent team culture, successes, and professional development initiatives.
  • Who can apply?
    The Awards are open to all finance professionals and businesses within London & the South East.
  • How to apply/nominate
    The application/nomination process is quick and easy, with a simple online form of why you (or the nominee) should win (maximum 200 words) to complete.
  • When is the application/deadline?
    The deadline for applications to the 2024 awards is the 5th July 2024
  • What is involved in the judging?
    If successful following the initial application, applicants/nominees will be invited by a member of the Award Partners to join them for the second stage of the application process. This stage will involve an informal meeting with the judging panel. The panel will consist of the Award Partners and an industry expert as a guest judge, who will discuss with you the application put forward. The meeting will take no more than an hour and successful applicants/nominees will receive a set of questions beforehand to prepare for
  • When will the judging take place?
    The 2024 awards judging will be between Monday 2nd and Friday 20th September 2024.
  • When will the shortlist be announced?
    The shortlist will be announced on Wednesday 25th September
  • When will the winners be announced?
    The winners will be announced at the award ceremony on Friday 8th November 2024.
  • How can i purchase tickets to the event?
    Further details on ticket purchase will be announced soon.
  • Who are the award partners?

  • Are there sponsorship opportunities available?

  • When did the awards first launch?
    The Awards first launched in 2016 in the West Midlands and have since expanded to the North West, Northern Home Counties and now London & the South East.
