What you'll do:
As a Conveyancing Contract Paralegal, you will be entrusted with managing your own diverse caseload within the Lender Sales team. Your daily activities will involve direct interaction with clients and asset managers, keeping them informed at every stage of the conveyancing process. You will be expected to handle telephone enquiries with professionalism and clarity, ensuring that any complex legal matters are escalated appropriately.
- Manage your own caseload of conveyancing files from file opening through to completion, ensuring all legal aspects are referred appropriately when necessary.
- Communicate with clients and asset managers regularly, providing timely updates on the progress of each matter and maintaining clear records of all interactions.
- Handle telephone enquiries professionally, taking comprehensive notes and escalating complex legal queries to senior colleagues as required.
