Thus why, we introduced our Diverse Hiring Diagnostic, built on a research-based diagnostic framework, meticulously examines all 11 stages and 257 touchpoints within a typical recruitment process. Through this rigorous analysis, we have unearthed numerous data points that disadvantage 9 under-represented diversity dimensions, including gender, ethnicity, LGBTQ+, disability & neurodiversity, age, faith, socio-economic background, ex-military status, and parental & caregiving responsibilities.
