Your day-to-day tasks will involve monitoring information barriers between public and private sides of the business, ensuring compliant practices are maintained throughout capital markets entities. You will lead efforts in regulatory development tracking, conduct thorough impact analyses on new regulations, provide insightful advisory services to stakeholders, deliver engaging compliance training sessions globally, draft essential policies, compile data for management reports, support control room functions such as investment research reviews and restricted list updates, perform rigorous control testing under monitoring plans, assist with regulatory inspections, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
