An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Programme Manager to spearhead a high-impact transformation within a global HR. As a Programme Manager you help redesign how HR operates globally from a people and process perspective.

As a HR Programme Manager in this unique opportunity, you will bring substantial expertise in orchestrating complex change initiatives within global HR environments. Your background should reflect not only technical proficiency in process mapping and organisational design but also a genuine passion for supporting others through transition. You will be known for your ability to listen deeply, communicate clearly, and foster collaboration among colleagues from varied backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Extensive experience managing large-scale HR transformation programmes with a focus on process redesign rather than technology implementation.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with international teams, demonstrating sensitivity to cultural differences and commitment to inclusive practices.
