I am currently working with a top global law firm looking to recruit a Mid-Senior Associate into their expanding Labor & Employment Group.

They are looking for candidates specifically with High Court / Tribunal / TUPE experience.

The team advises the firm’s biggest clients on complex employment issues and litigation. Some of the team are recognised by Legal 500 as TUPE experts and they are experienced litigators of bonus and TUPE disputes in the High Court and Employment Tribunal.

The team's experience includes acting for a media corporation in equal pay claims and defending a banking client from claims including, disability discrimination and sexual orientation discrimination.
