Commercial Paralegal (Sports) - £25ph - 3mths

International brand in the sports industry are looking to hire a Commercial Paralegal for an initial three month period with a view to extending. This role is based in Central London and on a hybrid working model (3 days per week in the office). You must be available to start immediately.

The position will involve assisting in the review and management of a range of commercial agreements, including order forms for sports leagues and teams, sports data supply agreements, media IOs, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and vendor contracts.

You will act as a point of contact between the legal department and other business units, assisting with ad-hoc legal queries and special projects.

The successful candidate will have legal education (ie, law degree and/or pGDL/LPC) and at least six months experience of reviewing and advising on commercial agreements.

You must possess a proactive attitude and be able to show initiative to get tasks completed.
