To deliver an expert company secretarial service reporting to the Group Finance Director and Company Secretary. This is a broad role in a small team, providing governance advice to the Board of Directors, overseeing all aspects of Board support (meetings, minutes and governance), leading the preparation of governance sections of annual financial statements, management of the AGM and holding Group-wide responsibility for corporate and subsidiary governance. The Assistant Company Secretary Assistant will provide Company Secretarial support to the Group Company Secretary ensuring that the Group meets its statutory, listing and governance obligations.
